My regular fee for therapy is $250 per session.
Sessions are fifty minutes in length.
Payment is to be made at or before time of services.
Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, and credit card (including your HSA/FSA).
Recognizing the significant socio-economic disparities which exist within our communities, I offer reduced fees to a small portion of my clientele. Reduced fees are determined on a case-by-case basis. If financial hardships are hindering your participation in therapy, please inquire about services offered at a reduced rate.
I do not accept insurance at this time. Private payment provides you with the benefits of confidentiality, which I value highly.
As an out-of-network provider, I am happy to provide you with a receipt for therapy (also called a 'superbill') which you may submit to your insurance company for partial/full reimbursement.
Please consult with your insurance provider to determine their out-of-network reimbursement policies. It may also be important to ask about your deductible.
Although superbills do not disclose specific issues discussed in therapy, clients should know most insurance companies require a diagnosis for reimbursement.
Limited in-person appointments are available for clients who are fully vaccinated.
I provide HIPAA-compliant online/phone appointments for clients who would prefer to be seen via video conferencing or phone, or have yet to be fully vaccinated.
